Cable with mic is good but there is no official replacement when it goes bad

Ultimately, found the issue was the not the cable, but my jack on my computer

i still thought the mic cable would be enough and now i have to buy an individual mic

The cables are pretty easy to attach/detach from the headphones, but they twist to lock in and will not come out by accident

I found the cable to be impacting sound quality as well

The detachable cable is great, I use this as my portable headphone although it obviously isn't great in portability since it doesn't fold

Comfortable+ Good build quality (even though it is just plastic construction)+ Twist-n-lock mechanism ensures that cable doesn't come loose when you move

Sound quality is great, just have to make sure that the cable is plugged right and all the way in, else the balance is not right

It's hard to find high quality, closed-back headphones that don't have a really long cable attached (like a lot of studio headphones)

The reason i bought a new headset is because the cable on my old turtle beach headset became brittle and cracked causing the wires to become exposed, twisted, and lose integrity making them drop sound or cause the left speaker to not function

They're relatively easy to transport, the detachable cable helps but the earcups don't rotate

The 598 c's are comfortable to the extreme over my big (so I've been told ) ears.

Attempting to wipe them away is a hassle as they seem to enjoy further rolling into the fabric
