I think when you see so many good reviews, one tends to ignore that One star

Would have rated it 5 star but on occasion it loses the link to the transmitter.

But that's the only semi-negative, and it's not enough to even knock off a star

If the sound were even slightly better than a set of bluetooth headphones, or if they felt like cold pillows on my ears, it would have been an easy 5 stars

so I'm only knocking off half a star from these otherwise near-perfect headphones

Reason for two stars, expensive and can not make it work with my Samsung smart tv even by attempting to follow advice left by others concerning this problem

I give them two lousy little measly stars on this issue.

n’t end up losing my hearing when she has to put the tv on full blast

so I don"t bother the neighbors

The sound quality of these headphones are crisp, clear and loud or quiet as you need them to be

I can be on the other side of the house and it will still work as long as it is not going through metal like my fireplace

He can now hear sounds off in the background of the film which he loves as he can pick up on more of the audio than listening via TV speakers.

Works as I had hoped.

I believe the item was returned because the original purchaser got frustrated as to set up since some fiddling with tv sound source is needed and on the Samsung the correct setting is in a level two menu in the advanced sound settings.
