I'm not new to headphones and have a standard set of Audio-Technica M-50's as well as some other decent headsets.

Both him and his wife love the headset and according to them their marriage might just last another 40 years because of this headset.

He has a great deal of trouble fine tuning the headset to get a static free connection

Have bought cheaper priced headsets and not been happy at all.

Now the negatives, the headset is not real comfortable, but not so uncomfortable that you have to take them off as soon as the audio stops (on occasion I have forgotten to take them off after the music or audio stops)

so the headset was picking up interference in my office.

I am going to go with a known quality manufacture and pay the extra money to get a good headset

The headset ear muffs are solid and small and the RS 140 muffs were larger and open in the middle.

The headband adjustment is not very good and the headset tends to fall off easily
