They have always been comfortable and the sound quality is good

While the product works as advertised, I am extremely disappointed by the fit of the headphones.

This is my second set of these, because the first set finally lost the right headphone sound after 8yrs or so of use
But I purchased again because the sound quality is as good as a $300 set of wired headphones

UPDATE: maybe I got a bad set but during use headphones randomly cut out due to loss of signal from transmitter/charger (as evidenced by the "On" light going out on the transmitter/charger)

Easy to use, my husband can watch TV by himself and not to disturb anybody in the room

Not comfortable and head must stay pretty upright or will fall off.
The headset does not have a very vigorous clamp, and these will fall off your head if you're not careful.
The directions are so vague that i have yet to get them to work as they should
My only real gripe is they have a tendency to fall off my bald head if I bend over for something or lean back unless I tighten them down a lot, which I don't like doing
They also only fit if you have a big head like me or the will be falling off all the time when you move.

I either get the audio with a static feedback or loud hummimg
For example, I touch something metal or put a utensil in the dishwasher where it may bump metal, I get loud feedback.

No more static noise, battery lasts at least 4x longer than the Sony, and best of all sound is really great
