Skipping songs and changing volume is super easy to do when engaged in workout (I often find myself wishing my other headphones worked like this, and its hands down the best reason to buy these).Only one minor gripe.. turning on and off requires more time than I would like (this could be resolved with a real on/off button, but not really a big deal).
