Slight occasional problem with static but very seldom an issue

Another irritating issue was the way the headphones fit on my head.

This was an especially annoying issue for my 91 year old mother-in-law

The second issue is the static noise.

Sound quality is fine - no issues there either

It should be locked solid / accurately or, if interference is really an issue, use a 3 position switch with 3 locked frequency positions

and they told me they do not support comparability issues like this
