First of all, these are a great value & for the price you probably couldn't find better earbuds

Sound quality is great and with all the earpiece options, a great value

The packaging is very nice and for the money, these ear buds are hard to beat.

These earbuds do hot fit in my ear and constantly fall out.

The multiple ear piece coverings make it so you get just the right fit

I tried multiple sizes of the silicone ones and none would fit right or stay in place, plus the sound quality wasn't as great (probably due to the poor fit)

Not as "spacious" sound stage as much more expensive earbuds

These earbuds sound great and are very tangle resistant

Cord broke right where it connects to the earbud part and tore

The sound quality of the Sephia earbuds is better than any other I've had and the tangle-free cord is great

What usually happens is the cords get all messed up and kinks up or the tips break off, or the rubber tips get lose and I have to find them and put them back together.

The Sound is just incredible, the cord is a true no tangle cord

I like my headphones to be loud and these particular headphones are just how I like it.

I find the buds to be a bit uncomfortable after long term use, but I generally prefer apple style earphones anyways.

They are "tangle free" which in reality means they tangle way less than a pair of Apple ear phones but still tangle a bit.

All the Skype / Teams meetings involved with working from home often have volume control issues as well as voices 'breaking up' and sounding crackle.
