    • This is a great burr grinder--quiet, easy to use and its anti-static design is so very nice.
    • The dials for the grinds allow me to play with how coarse or fine I want my coffee grinds to be(beats blade grinder by long shot), the ease of use of this machine, and intuitive design of the dials are so simple, you just won’t get it wrong even if you try
    • I could attempt to have the manufacturer send me a new possibly fragile part or replace the unit, but what's the point its designed appeared fragile
