Anker was kind enough to replace my Motion Q with the Soundcore Boost as they were aware that was the listening experience I was expecting from the purchase of the Motion Q.I made the wrong choice based on an assumption-and Anker went above and beyond to make sure I was paired with the correct product

Bought this thing last prime day just cause I love Anker/Soundcore speakers and am always intrigued by a new one

Still love Anker but this product is a sad disappointment for me and it will stay home while I happily take my original sound core everywhere until it dies.

I contacted for a replacement of this product to the Anker Support Team via email(several of them) and they replied for an exchange, but 4(four) days in waiting, none of the mail guys came to my house to return

Haven't tested the IPX7, but have no reason to doubt Anker's covered that with the same aplomb they reliably do
