The Shures seem to fit my needs for good sound isolation

For mid to high ranges, I prefer SRH840 since it seems more warm and clear to me.(2) Isolation of SRH840 is better than HD380 Pro

I would, however, prefer to deal with discomfort with the glasses or not being able to see if I take my glasses off to accommodate a bit greater clamping pressure if it would help with the passive sound isolation

Their FR is flat and extended, they have pretty good isolation, and they never sound strained at any
