    Shure SRH840 Professional Monitoring Headphones

    • Overall, a great pair of headphones for a great price, but make sure you know what you're planning to use them for most of the time, because if it's on the go, I'd steer clear.
    • This is the second pair of these headphones I have owned and both have broken at the earphone headband hinge
    • It is nice that they include an extra pair of muffs if they ever break (which they don't look like they will any time soon
    • I listen to a lot of EDM, and was looking for a better pair of headphones.
    • They are really a nice pair of headphones, especially for < $200
    • Cause this time i am very very very Mad…second fucken pair to break after 3 weeks.
    • The right speaker just broke right off, as if they were some cheap $10 pair of Wal-Mart specials.
    • At $20 bucks a pop for a crappily-made cable, I would've been better off investing in a better pair of headphones.
    • great pair of headphones
    • Best pair of headphones i've owned so far
    • I owned a pair of srh840s and loved them
    • I'm not an audiophile, but wanted a really good pair of headphones that I can take on flights and listen to music on various smartphones and iPads, etc
    • Most of my other headphones eventually broke after a few months which is why I decided to invest in a more expensive pair
    • Ummm...these are EASILY the best pair of headphones that I've ever owned
    • I would recommend these for anyone who is looking for a good pair of monitoring headphones, as these sound fantastic
    • so I thought I found the perfect pair
    • They were accidentally broken when my wife ripped them off my head, so I found myself searching for another good pair, but I found these instead
    • I got these because i needed accurate monitoring for electronic music production and was not currently able to afford a pair of good studio monitors and i must say this is the closest i have gotten to that sort of audio response
    • If they were to break tomorrow, I would have no problem buying another pair
    • This is a well-balanced pairs that is capable of handling most genres
    • My favorite pair of headphones to date.
    • Solid build though not as solid-feeling as my previous pair of KRK KNS-8400s
    • I hope this helps someone looking at the Shure 840, a great pair of cans.
    • This is the second time the hinge has broken, I will not buy another pair and I recommend that others avoid the SRH840 headphones for this design flaw
