They are excellent headphones sound quality

The build quality is lacking, as these are in the $200, proceed range

IOW, they are pretty comfortable and the build quality is not bad--not as well made as a German Maestro 8.35/300, or even the similar Beyerdynamic headphones, and not as comfortable as the GMP160/400.
