Nice bay converter that is easy to install

This converter is excellent and is all you need to throw a couple 2.5 drives into a desktop, however I bought this to use in an Alienware Aurora R4 and the way the drive bays work does not allow this product to be used.

Anyway, that was my quick fix but may not work for everyone so check to make sure this is the right bay converter for you.

Comes with 8 small screws (4 per 2.5" drive) to secure the drives into the converter and 4 additional screws to secure the converter into the desktop harddrive slot.

First off, this converter is MUCH more sturdy than others I have seen

Excellent machinery indicates that the converter was well-made with rounded edges (not sharp) and a sturdy construction.

From what I've learned, there are standards for drive mounting and (in the case of SCA-2) connector position relative to the mount points, and if these converters were 'perfect' to the standard then we would not have had any issue with the caddies not quite latching or needing to tweak things a bit.
