SilverStone Technology Home Theater Computer Case with Aluminum Front Panel for E-ATX/ATX/Micro-ATX Motherboards GD08B

    • I thought that this case make for a nice build, but I found the interior too cramped to ensure proper ventilation
    • I now have an extremely well-built but oversized paperweight!!Everything fits perfectly in this case except any optical drive I tried.
    • It has a great build quality and I like the fake aluminum brushed front
    • I jumped into the HTPC build after a successful gaming rig build.
    • It will take a little time to figure out where to place your drives, but again enjoy the build.
    • Nice looking case when finished, but it was a difficult build
    • The build turned out great and is doing what it was intended to do
    • Good build quality, a little cramped inside but that may be my big hands
    • the entire build felt like an exercise in trying not to bend/break things that should be stronger, and also confusion.the layout initially seems reasonable, but rapidly turned into a tangle in the worst places.
    • Would be fine for a low end build with a tiny board and wimpy components but its pretty worthless for a robust build.
    • Easy build case
    • It's very well built and looks professional
    • I have to say if you read the info ahead of time and make sure your components are the right size the build is quite easy.
    • This has the best balance between htpc looks and adequate build space
    • The GD06 is nicer looking, with the curves and the drop down door, but it was a much harder build than the GD05, as the GD06 has the hot-swap HDD bays and required a very short PSU (I used a SilverStone short PSU) placed upside down
    • Just a well built structure that looks right at home with the rest of my components
    • My build is extremely quiet-actually silent.
    • I bought this when the ad said it supported SSI-EEB mobo'shad to return it because it did not, it seems they've fixed the adotherwise an extremely nice and well built case.
    • It is well built.
    • However, this case is a bit archaic when it comes to modern pc building.
    • The build in this case was easy, with good cable routing options.
    • It is well built and of good quality
    • Good build quality, a little cramped inside but that may be my big hands
    • The screws are crap, the layout is crap, and it makes for a very difficult build.
    • I love this case for sleek sexy builds, the space is a little cramped and there is not a lot of liquid cooling options for this case
    • The case is well built, cools well and is pretty quiet even with fans at full speed.
    • I glad I built it, next time I'll do a budject build
    • Solid and well-built
    • This case is very well built.
    • Easy build, solid design, clean results
    • The best looking HTPC case out there by far, IMO.- Really well built, which was nice since this was my first Silverstone product
    • Very nice look, the case looks and acts well built
    • The removable hard drive and optical drive cage is very handy, with vibration dampening built into the hard drive portion of the cage.
    • I will detail the build once all parts come in.______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________My build is completeThe good
    • Overall, the case is up to Silverstone's usual impeccable build quality, ingenious layout, etc
    • Sturdy, not cheaply built at all
    • Due to how compact the case is it's a much harder build than most PCs and reading the instructions did help.
    • i didn't investigate any further to find out if it was an RGB.giving the case the benefit of the doubt, i started the build.
    • Everything else about the case speaks of a solid build; the walls and supports are sturdy, and there are no razor-blade edges inside
    • Build quality is very good, the case is steel and sturdy, with a brushed-black plastic face that looks pretty good with other AV components and enough space to put together a proper build
    • The cons: The built-in fans made too much noise for me, so I replaced them with Noctua fans.
    • Box looks great and has plenty of room for expansion or awesome first time build
    • This was the first time I've used a case like this for a build, but I've had SilverStone cases before and knew they were well designed and built.
