My 94 year old Mom just couldn't handle dealing with fancy bluetooth speakers with push buttons and lights and whistles.

Great speaker for someone who is hard of hearing and can be placed right next to the chair

It does come with rechargeable batteries but knowing you can plug the speaker up to a source and not worry about battery life is a bonus

This speaker was easy to set up and works perfectly.

Well this speaker has solved all our issues

The speaker works for this but fails to stay connected to it's base when we pause for more than a few minutes (think bathroom break + snacks, etc).

We loved the headphones so he could watch tv without disturbing everyone else as well as the portable speaker that we can move to other areas and still hear the tv program/game/movie etc.

The speaker does not work unless you have the volume of the tv turned up and in order to increase the volume on the speaker you need to increase the volume on the tv.

The Simolio speaker is perfect because it allows my mother to keep the living room TV at the volume that is suitable for her while my father could either use the external speaker of the Simolio or the he could plug in some headphones but the main thing is my father gets to control the volume that is suitable for him
