That TV doesn't have optical and tried to use the other cord that came with it, but it would not work.

A couple of minor annoyances that don't change my rating - 1) if you pause the tv for more than a minute or so, there will be no sound when you play again, you have to turn the receiver off and back on 2) speaker makes a loud clicking sound every time you use the tv remote to fast forward or rewind.

I was told by Simolio to place the transmitter base where you set the wireless TV Speaker to charge the battery, and the part connected to the Smart TV via either the output Optical Audio cable, or RCA output cables (the red & white colored cable input ends) as far away from the receiver, i.e, Wireless TV Speaker, as possible
