This thing is awesome!!!!!!!

If I played out every weekend and had hours and hours to wrestle with the damn thing, I might be better

Bending over with a guitar on (drummers don't seem to get this) is HARD to do, and shuffling through a couple dozen songs while bent over with a guitar takes a while and can hurt things

This thing exceeded my expectations sound quality was better than I thought and firmware updates have added extensive midi control functionality that has made this an valuable tool when writing as well.

through a pa.the best thing is that then via pedals you can choose drum fills,patterns etc on the beat buddy or sr-18 or both. or kick in the sr-18 only during the choruses of a song etc...you would think it would sound too busy, but because of the midi sync (beat buddy midi out to sr 18 midi in) that is not so and changing the patterns on one or the other gives endless possibilities (obviously choosing a straight time pattern and mixing a swing pattern sounds weird but other than that you would be amazed).man, unreal!!!

If your good with midi there's more good things that can be done

The drum pedal is amazing, it is the most inventive thing I have ever seen , and I know I have only just scratched the surface of what it can do , I highly recommend it

For anyone stuck in a rut on their guitar learning or piano learning (or drum learning for that matter!), this thing is simply amazing and I can't recommend it enough.

I love this thing.

Some people are even hacking the thing, lol

Perhaps the even better thing though is the customer service

I like, enjoy mine!I work it like a "horse" and it stays in the plowand nerver lays down!this thing is like a jewel ….. that can continuallybe polished and shine brighter every time it comesout of the boxI'll be watching to see how this gem morphs
