The dvd cleaner works well when used correctly.

It does take more than one pass to fix the DVD's that have deeper scratches, it took like 5 or 6 passes to get those to work but other than that it works well.

Although this did not fix the DVD I bought it for (I now suspect my DVD is corrupted) it does a pretty good job at removing scratches, is really easy to use and I would recommend it as a cheap solution to fix CD/DVD's.

But this deep scratch lessened and the DVD is playable now.

Waste of your money every DVD that I cleaned will not work.

It takes approximately 140-160 turns to clean the DVD and when you're cleaning multiple DVDs that gets old really fast!

The SkipDr fixed my scratched Insanity DVD'S. I did have to run them through a couple of times but know they work like new

I passed the dvd 3 times in this product and now the movie don't freeze or pixelate, even i was able to do a backup dvd, highly recommended.

But I had my favorite Turbo Fire DVD that was unplayable because of being innocently scratched (a lot) by my sweet daughter.
