I gave it a 4 because I had to glue the handle on for it to work

Spray the disc with cleaner, insert it into the slot, twist the handle like crazy, wipe the disc off, then voila!

Flimsy, ridiculous instructions and most importantly the handle kept falling off if I could give it zero stars I would.

As long as one follows the directions (and this includes admonitions about not working well if too severely damaged, as well as if the reflective coating becomes scratched), it works every time.

If a visibly pretty and virtually defect-free playing surface is your goal, then run - don't walk - away from this product as fast as you can!

They also like to drop them, and scratch them as they put them back in the boxes.
