Disc won't even spin when cranking the handle, therfore, the brush just scratches the hell out of the disc even worse

i recently got gta 5, i love it, but it sometimes wouldnt read properly, i thought this would be the solution, instead it scratched the living hell out of it, and instead of cleaning the disk, i ended up desperatly trying to fix it, the xbox will no longer read gta and im forced to spend money again to buy something else, i cried only alittle
