Piece of cheap plastic garbage

While I found the product did buff the disc...the device is not designed for ease of storage, it feels and handles like cheap plastic

I know that it was a different design back then; instead of a fold-out disc guide, there was a larger plastic wedge that supported the disc

The cheap plastic handle is too large and you can't set it on a table to use it because the handle hits the table without going all the way around,

it is a piece of crap plastic item that ruins you disc

The item appears to be made of fairly sturdy plastic

It's a shame that DVD makers don't use the more expensive scratch resistance plastic on their DVDs instead of the cheap plastic that they now use, if they did, the DVDs and CDs would be less prone to scratching and could endure more abuse.

Plastic broke, pad wrinkled.

This product is made of cheap, flimsy plastic that disassemble easily as you try to use it to clean disks

I foresee this breaking because it is made of cheap plastic and has small notches where it attaches.

As long as one follows the directions (and this includes admonitions about not working well if too severely damaged, as well as if the reflective coating becomes scratched), it works every time.

This product didn't work quite as well as I expected

I wouldn't recommend this for any 360 accidents as it didn't work on three separate incidents for myself

If a visibly pretty and virtually defect-free playing surface is your goal, then run - don't walk - away from this product as fast as you can!

They also like to drop them, and scratch them as they put them back in the boxes.
