Distance was good, sound carried at least 100 feet from our house.

Works at a good far distance

After a couple months of absolutely LOVING these, they are starting to sometimes work and sometimes not, and sometimes seem to not work with greater distance/walls between.

Decided to try to modify a garage door opener to turn on a light or something so that the distance would be reasonable/usable.
