Okay, you may need to lean the top of your guitar away from you a little for the brightest display but in my opinion that's a very minor inconvenience

It has a nice clear display but you can't see it unless you're a certified contortionist

I can see how some might find this annoying but no problem for me; but then I have not tried the clip-on tuners that have an adjustable display mounted on an arm.

Of the three versions I own I generally prefer the display on the SN-2, closely followed by the SN-8
