The Snark is much less flaky, and gives you much more confidence in knowing when your equipment is actually tuned.

I think the Super Snark SN2 uses an AMOLED which allows you to to see the information in the display at any angle, and the black areas are actually black

They are quite simply the most convenient tuner, and when compared to something much more pricey, you will discover that the Snark is absolutely accurate

Hey, I just wrote a lyric, guess I'll tune up the OM-21 with the Snark Sn-8 Super Tight Tuner, and get off on the right Snark!

I broke my previous snark (fatal fall) and love the newer version.

The only instrument that's given me any trouble is the 5-string banjo, and that's because the 5th string terminates so far up the neck compared to the others that it's hard for the Snark to pick up the vibrations from it
