Snark SN-8 Super Tight All Instrument Tuner
Size:Single
Here's an awesome chromatic clip-on tuner that's perfect for any instrument. The Snark SN-8 isn't just great for guitar and bass, you can clip it to just about anything for super-tight and extremely fast tuning. In fact, it's not just f...
As long as it stays working well I should have no complaints.
This tuner works well enough on guitar, but is terrible with bass
your mileage may vary and maybe this tuner works well on other types of instruments.the display is hard to read unless you're aligned at the perfect angle.
These are cheap tuners that work.
I love the discreet black color and the clamp and flexible neck work well
The Snark SN-8 works great, even though it sometime misreads the high E as an A if plucked too softly
I have owned a lot of tuners over the years but this is the best and most quality tuner I have ever owned and the price is unmatched.
Works great for my guitar and bass, great product, super price!
Accurate tuner at a really great price, no reason to not have one of these, especially great when restringing my guitars at home and for my solo acoustic gigs.
The price was great and it functions perfectly and is small for fitting in my soprano uke case
The display is clear and easy to read without being distracting or annoying
Feels a little flimsy and the display can be hard to read unless it's positioned at exactly the right angle, but overall, an inexpensive tuner for my upright.
Bright display is great and easy to see, especially during the daytime
I dont play outdoors, but for all my indoor gigs I have never had any issues reading the display.
I thought this would be a great tuner, but if you are outside during the daytime, the display is not bright enough to see anything
Where it doesn't work for me is on our very inexpensive nylon string acoustic with cheap tuning pegs and where the strings get hung up in the nut (guess I should replace those
My only complaint is that it has trouble picking up the low E during tuning
Makes tuning really easy and fast so you can get right to the music.
makes tuning your acoustic instrument in loud environments super easy!
I had always struggled tuning in a noisy room and this offered the solution.
I really like the snark when it works correctly but, they just do not seem to last.
Not as sensitive as other Snark tuners I've used, but works fine
Not as sensitive as other Snark tuners I've used, but works fine
I accidentally destroyed my old snark and for all few extra dollars I was able to get this one with extra features like visual metronome and adjustable Hz.
I broke my previous snark (fatal fall) and love the newer version.
The best and fastest clip on tuner that I owned so far.
I've also tried the D'Addario NS Micro Clip-On but returned it because of the small battery compartment that was crazy-difficult to open--and the questionable clip with pre-set notches
Granted, there are more accurate clip on tuners (Peterson Stroboclip on tuner for example), but those are really expensive and it would be cost prohibitive for me to have one in every guitar case
The clip is nice and sturdy and keeps the tuner attached securely
This is an excellent clip on tuner that is easy to use and see
I also wish the button that turns it on were harder to press down, because I find that these things turn on inside the case and burn the battery down prematurely.
I bought a Peterson clip on, the battery is cheaper and goes about six weeks
Did exactly as i hoped it would and worked exactly as it said it would
The batteries that it takes are very easy to find and are relatively cheap
Battery died 2 weeks later even though I turned off properly
They are accurate and can be seen on a dark stage easily
The backlight is just strong enough to see on both dark and bright stages, without screaming to the audience, "yep, this guy is tuning right now."Plus, if the other band members forget their Snarks, it's easy to pass around and hasn't had trouble with any stringed
And, when I held the tuning fork against the Snark, it immediately showed a pure "A".
Also, if you are anything like me, the black is very easy to lose on dark stages at the end of the night
Unusual deep, rich black color with extra bright light for dark stages.
