My only complaint is that even at the lowest setting, it grinds too much coffee to fit in the cup.

So that one requires a 3 setting to get a full filter of ground coffee

In my opinion, the one major problem with the Keurig machines is that you are not brewing freshly ground coffee

BUT, I used the standard coffee ground container that this unit comes with to grind coffee for my Black & Decker single cup coffee maker

In addition, the materials could possibly be such that the ground coffee does not stick ... perhaps ceramic grinder and stainless steel for the path of ground coffee into the k-cup.2

This works well if you want fresh coffee for your Keurig

I use it to fill a V1 filter basket and found with the timer set on 3 and the grind set on B+, I get a perfect fill and really good coffee

Just fill the hopper with your favorite coffee beans, insert the Solofill cup (also highly recommended) into the machine and press the button.
