    • and fluidly-(without the stupid side characters or annoying mini missions)
    • All of the annoying superfluous characters have been reduced to glorified cameos, there are no ridiculous humans around and Sonic is allowed to do what he does best
    • Gone are the gimmicks of past games, there are no talking swords, were-hogs, or pointless side characters to play
    • Finally, you have some rival characters to compete with for chaos emeralds and a couple of bosses to take down
    • No more slow mascot characters that take up all of Sonic's screen time
    • But again, every character sounds right.
    • Obviously, the graphics have come leaps and bounds from the classic days, and there's something very satisfying about seeing your favorite video game character in high def
    • is not without flaws... it falls apart a little at the end with an irritating boss fight with a poor gameplay style, and the presence of the more annoying extra characters
    • There are several colorful characters, you can unlock new challenges, and the music is awesome
    • You ran through levels as fast as you could while avoiding robots and what not
    • My little brother loved this game as well as I enjoyed playing it
