Can’t listen to my podcasts in my preferred app, can’t listen to my audiobooks at all, can’t watch video on my iPad and stream audio through speaker

Love the app with all the music choices, something for everyone.

The app is terrible, the speaker is great but useless with out the app, will only play pandora on my system, Apple Music and amazon music continuously disconnect (after 10 seconds).

Now the app doesn't work with the Play 3

I've owned my system for over a year now & when they work they sound great, but if more than 1 user is on the system the app can be impossible to work with

If you want to use your Sonos system if Sonos the company ever goes belly up and stops supporting its app, or if you want to use a record player or other similar device on your system, you need at a minimum a Play 5.You might need signal boosters, depending on your house construction.

The latest software update won't let me play Spotify except through there inferior app

The mobile app is amazing, the ability to combine playlists across multiple services is something I really leverage3

I can have guests come over, install the free Sonos app and immediately start playing their own music instead of using my mobile device.

Very disappointed that I cannot connect my own audio source because the app doesn't work well with Spotify.

We really like the Sonos system and the sound is very good but the app isn't very good and the constant updates are annoying.

The app for iOS and Android is designed the same on both platforms but hard to navigate, un-intuitive, and confusing.

Everything is controlled through the app on your phone and while its not the simplest app to use I got it all working pretty quickly.

In short, if you’re willing to put in the time regularly to get this system working as it’s supposed to, are okay with very few customization options and don’t need to share the system with anyone else in your household, you may be perfectly happy using Sonos

If you are sitting at your computer fooling around online and your favorite song just doesn't sound quite as crisp as you would like it to, or if you have a $200 budget to fill 1 room in your house with sound, keep looking, your speaker is out there somewhere ;-)I hope this helps, Cheers!
