    Sonos Play:1 Compact Wireless Speaker for Streaming Music. Works with Alexa. (White)

    • The software is a nightmare and the system freezes and is inoperable on a daily basis.
    • Software is horrible
    • The new software is horrible, and the customer service is worse.
    • The idea is great and the software is great however the sound quality is not great at
    • It's incredible that after several years on the market they haven't arrived at a more robust software

    • If you are sitting at your computer fooling around online and your favorite song just doesn't sound quite as crisp as you would like it to, or if you have a $200 budget to fill 1 room in your house with sound, keep looking, your speaker is out there somewhere ;-)I hope this helps, Cheers!
