The speaker is adequate, but the system is incredibly frustrating and cannot find my music library, cannot do this or that--crappy software...who is posting all these 5.0 reviews??

Sonos is a wonderful system and these speakers plug and play with unparalleled ease.

Don't waste your time looking for other speakers, Sonos is the number number surround system for the home.

We have Play 3 and Play 5 units as well as other stereo systems driven by Connect units here and there throughout the house

Like a bad '80's Disco DJ that cuts your favorite song midway, this system looks cool and sounds cool, but fails to take it through the finish line

So for now I have an expensive speaker system that cuts out during movies and left feeling like the only way to resolve this issue is by hard wiring them which defeats the purpose of this purchase

My small business has been looking YEARS for a reliable wireless speaker system.

We recommend to anyone and now that we are building a home we are also wanting one for each room instead of installing those clunky sound systems that are then hard to diagnose and fix when there's issues!

Holy Crap this is an awesome speaker, no scratch that it's an awesome sound system and media player

Having several of these around the house with the one connected to the router, I haven't had one connectivity issue and my guests think the system is fantastic.

Don’t bother unless you are only hard wiring one system into Ethernet and you are in a radio silence zone with no other 2.4gHz nearby

The Sonos phone app often lost connection to the Sonos service, which would require resetting the system - sometime it worked, sometimes it didn't.

It is an extremely easy system to set up and it may seem a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and Sonos lives up to the cost

n’t see that it’s improved in any way (and it’s very buggy)

It doens’t support AirPlay and there are no plans to add support for it.

The hardware is good, but there are always software issues and they have terrific technical support - but only M-F.
