I bought a complete Sonos audio system for the purpose of listening to my Audible audio books, and 3 months later Sonos became incompatible with Audible

I am finally at my wit's end and have decided to toss my Sonos mid-range unit on the junk heap (literally) because it simply isn't worth my time to hang on the phone with those nice Sonos techsters who keep trying to fix the maddening problems it regularly presents

Works very well when added to my Sonos system, pricey but worth it

Sonos is well worth the price

Used to love sonos but after realizing the app was the cause of my home router/wifi crashing constantly requiring manual resets I had to delete the app and its useless to me now.

Having used it for a couple of weeks I simply cannot recommend Sonos

I have 2 friends who do $100k home audio installs for the very wealthy, and they love sonos too.

Sonos exploited the hell outta this idea in their Super Bowl commercial a few years back

Sonos is by far the best I've bought to my home the last five years.

You could in the past, but in 2015 Audible and Sonos became incompatible

Sonos has a different take on how to create playlists, but it works okay once you get the idea

Sonos interfered with the synchronization of audio material from my iTunes library to my iPods

Sonos is it too hard to have this setting on the App

Sonos was smart enough to access both the music on my NAS and my playlists and so I can access my entire library without having to turn on my computer.

Sonos is a nightmare.

sonos is like a 5th grader who cant do his homework.

Sonos has expanded our access to music as well - it comes with almost every local AM and FM station in the world

The sound, purity, quality is amazing and non negotiable, but the SONOS

Sonos misses the mark.

Unfortunately, very shortly after I got it, Amazon, which owns Audible, changed something that broke Sonos's interface with Audible.

well, Sonos can't import despite the fact the iTunes player for Windows can

Sonos has a limit of 65,000 songs, so I was far below that limit

But I haven't seen a system that is as flexible as the Sonos system that delivers decent sound at a reasonable price

With so many devices utilizing the 5GHz network now, it's amazing Sonos isn't making that capability a standard.

Sonos will not support you.

The system uses a simple auto-connect process to add devices to the Sonos network where, after being prompted by the application software, you press a button on the Sonos device and it automaitcally searches for a Sonos network to join.

Just got our new SONOS and so far we love the awesome sound that eminates from such a (relatively) small box.

The free Sonos app for the iPad in particular is excellent (probably because there was so much more real estate for the developers to work with)

The sales guy said Sonos was so confident in their quality that they don't have a repair process

The Sonos wireless bridge does not use a standard wifi network, it creates its own proprietary wireless Sonos network which cannot be seen by standard wifi devices.

Highly recommend Sonos.

But I am furious that Sonos made a mess of my iTunes library

We have had the larger sonos for a few months and like it so much we decided on a second one

I don't want to be locked into Sonos' ecosystem and limited by their music source model

I have every sonos model and there all so great

Sonos was smart to make it extremely easy and not worry about corner-case security issues

Sonos is great if you like configuring things, if you dont mind the system stopping everytime an upgrade is required.

Sonos is the absolute champion at integration with the web and local music.

Though Sonos claims they will work together, when setting up two and going through the "tuning" multiple times there was a horrible echo in both stereo and mono modes

If only I could afford a Sonos a day

If they were just a bit cheaper Sonos wouldn't be able to keep these things on the shelf

If someone in your household is not technical and is easily frustrated by setup and remotes, you'll love Sonos

We bought this Sonos Play 3 for our bathroom and like all the Sonos products it works like a charm
