The small device has such clarity, power and ease of use.

I may be wrong on this, you may be able to control from your computer and especially a laptop, but the mobile devices are definitely easier.

The accompanying app is remarkably good; often a weak area for modern 'smart' devices

The feature of each device acting like a repeater is pretty sweet for building a solid wifi network of devices

No other devices in my apartment have WiFi connectively issues

Other devices farther away such as a Roku and Wii U never have connectivity problems

[I should point out that the problem seems to be specific to the Sonos speaker; other wireless devices work just fine, and we have the same problems controlling it with multiple phones and tablets]. Overall, I find it pretty frustrating to use, and this year I'll probably just replace it with some bluetooth speakers.

Terrible device

I have Play 3 and was a great device

Out of the box the Sonos Play: 3 is a beautiful device

Most lower quality Bluetooth speaker will win over this device due to it extremely bad interface and amazingly poor user experience design.

All-in-all, I still think this is a marvelous device.

And to top it all off, Amazon puts out a remarkable device that will revolutionize the modern household and endorses this POS product as being compatible with Alexa!

It IS a complete con, the company blocks this on purpose so you have to buy their crappy 350 dollar CONNECT device.

Sonos built a very beautiful device with a rich sound and an easy set up
