    Sonos Play:3 Mid-Sized Wireless Smart Speaker for Streaming Music. Works with Alexa. (Black)

    • I really wanted to like this thing.

    • one thing I will say is start with any Play 1's you might need first and work your way up like I did
    • They have turned a wonderful system into this awful thing that I now hat and loathe using
    • Picked one of these up for my mother and father to replace a dead Bose dock thing
    • Wow, this thing really packs a punch and was very easy to setup just like all Sonos products.
    • The thing that drew me to the Sonos system was the wireless convenience

    • This isn't an easy thing to accomplish as our XFinity modem/router is a combination unit and not at all simple (for me) to begin altering channels in the hope that our Sonos 3 would work better with it

    • The latest upgrade allowing you to directly access your iTunes and play it from the control device just makes a good thing great
    • They still have a few kinks and a few things should be easier to use, but overall high quality sound!

    • Just this week I purchased and setup both a Play:3 and a Play:1, but this review will focus on the Play:3.Let's get right down to it (no sense dragging this out, we've all got things to do)
    • The nice thing is that all of the controllers are synchronized, meaning that any changes made to the Sonos system (adding components or music) are made to all the controllers.
    • Not the most convenient thing to do to have to find the ipod and cable and sometimes the FM stations were hard to get it clearly.
    • But the simple elegance...that's the thing.
    • Sonos is the best thing I've ever done to enhance my home.
    • Not because of dissatisfaction with the Play 3, but because more of a great thing will just make it better
