The Playbase is a great device as well, with well separated, and precise audio, with well balanced BASS

Easily my favorite audio purchase.

Audio is incomparable to any TV speakers of course

no problem there, and I really don't miss the HiDef audio I used to have

The video passthrough feature has worked flawlessly so far, audio as well

Audio on the playbase is beautiful, it is far surperior to my Samsung soundbar and it really does make movies come alive

The optical surround sound is acceptable, but HDMI audio is better

and it's an easy install, as well as being nearly invisible under your TV.

but I'm going to sell it as I no longer trust the brand or want to deal with their products failing and taking weeks to get help
