This could be a great product, but the software is garbage, and the processor is way too slow( evidenced from the sluggish start up time), and why is this the only player that can crash/ lock up when streaming something as simple as a YouTube video?

Freezes and/or has severe delays all the time

I have to unplug it because it freezes on sleepmode some time or it doesnt load the apps and stays frozen on one screen.

This unit freezes all the time, and my daughter is consistently needed us to help her get Netflix running, wouldn't really recommend.
