In my opinion, this product is the best out there.

Freezes, don't think it has anything to do with seller as product was perfect for those 2 weeks.

It's shaken my perception that Sony have high quality reliable products

I think there should be a class action lawsuit for selling a defective product in which they can reach into your home and destroy your product and you have no recourse

I won't go into technical details about picture and sound, I'm not competent there; but for an 'ordinary person' review, for those of you like us that can't change the flashing time clock on most units, THIS product is spectacular for several reasons

They will not answer your email questions concerning their products either

Sony has great electronic products and all are very dependable
