but I was more angry at Sony support service
-
Sony, however, has made a big mistake and it will cost you time and money
-
We also had a Sony DVD player in the early 2000s that crapped out after a few years.
-
not that this is Sony's fault, but one of my kids stuck 2 discs in at the same time yesterday, and that was enough to kill the machine.
-
As a deeply frustrated user, I have decided to omit Sony for my brands of future purchases.
-
Sony will fix them and they will work for awhile and then repeat the same malfunctions over and over and over
-
I've come to trust Sony
-
maybe Sony wasn't overpriced junk for a while there.

Nice customer service, Sony
-
If your Sony is unreliable and within the one year manufacturer's warranty you can get a free refurbished unit
-
If you enjoy downloading "upgrades" and spending an evening trying to make the player read them, by all means SONY is your guy
-
I have a second much nicer Sony BDP...and that remote's eject button works on this player..so what exactly is the problem with including an eject button on this one?
-
Overall, a GREAT player... SONY has had my loyalty for many years now, and this player keeps the happy fire burning.
-
I've always been a fan of Sony's home electronics, thus a loyal Sony customer
-
Sony will not fix or refund my money since it has been over 90 days since the third unit shipped
-
Sony pretty good about taking it back to work on it, but slow.
-
From the first day, the Sony s360 was unreliable
-
you want the nifty Netflix streaming capability, or anything else new, you need to buy the N360 model (at least.)SONY betrayed purchasers (early adopters) of the "S" models.
-
Sony has not even bothered to update the hardware that keep malfunctioning on these units!
-
the unit is durable and will not break down...sony is confident on there products and I've always been a sony guy to
-
Sony has lost ANOTHER customer with this blunder!
