    Sony BDP-S550 1080p Blu-ray Player (2008 Model)

    • great picture quality

    • Only used it a couple of times and the quality is the best and ease of use was great too.
    • We are so frustrated by how difficult and slow it is to use this player that we always go and get the laptop from the other room, because it works faster and easier and the quality is just as good.
    • However, the Sony apparently has better picture quality, especially for up-converting DVDs
