When I saw the Sony name I thought I was purchasing a superior product but this Blu-Ray player is disappointing

Tried several (4) of these, because we thought we were getting defective products, but every single one of them loses streaming connection mid-show as well as the BluRay and/or DVD 'jumps' from viewable screen to a green or blue screen or would simply be uber pixelated mid-movie, sometimes it stops all together and give us a green or black screen.

This product should have lasted well beyond 2 years even with heavy use, but with my light use this should have lasted until Bue Rays are obsolete.

But overall it is a nice product.
