I replaced an old Samsung, and was amazed at how much faster this unit is

Well, one day the unit would not 'turn on' - it appeared that the player would not recognize the remote & the buttons on the player did not work... not good

Both units literally freeze and will not work at all either by using the remote or pushing the buttons on the screen

Tried everything: power cycled countless times, reset to factory settings, updated firmware, swapped HDMI cables, swapped HDMI ports on TV, swapped in another player to isolate the unit itself

They did not say whether we would receive the replacement, but it took them EIGHT DAYS just to send me the address and instructions for returning the defective unit.

This is a very slick unit

As an installer, I do not recommend this unit to customers.

Strongly recommend buying devices that you might use for your turntable that isolates the unit from any hard surface

This is where the unit seems like a real step back from the older models

Although UPS was the reason it was a day late in being delivered, this is a GREAT UNIT!
