Freezes way too often

After playing shows on amazon for more than 10 minutes it hangs and the only way to do anything is pull the plug

And it crashes way too often with the only recourse being to unplug it and plug it back in

I didn't like the way this Blu-ray player made my purchased DVD's turn light and then dark as I watched the movies.

First tried a Samsung which I didn't like as you had to re-enter your network key/password every time you used it to stream video, so when it broke after just a couple of weeks we replaced it with this Sony and have been very satisfied so far.

I would recommend this player, but I would also recommend checking it out thoroughly after receiving it to make sure everything works as it should especially the network functions.

Never have I been treated with so much disrespect and contempt as I was the last 2 days.

Product works as it was advertised.

Cant stand Samsung but at least it works as it should.
