Each pair suffered from sound degradation in the right earbud after 6-8 weeks

I do not believe this was a genuine pair of SONY earbuds

These are a the best replacement pair I've found.

They're a decent pair of earphones now

These are perfect fit for smaller ears, have superb sound quality and they stay put...and are adjustable for comfort (only bought another pair because my previous pair had an unfortunate encounter with one of my cats who loves to nibble on soft cords) - highly recommend!
