Sony Noise Cancelling Headphones WHCH710N: Wireless Bluetooth Over the Ear Headset with Mic for Phone-Call, Blue (Amazon Exclusive)

    • The bass sounds rich and midrange is clear
    • Although understandably not quite as hard hitting as the bass enhanced XB700’s, the bass is actually not bad at all and some may even prefer the slightly toned down bass of these over the XB700’s where the bass hits so hard it sometimes gives me headaches.
    • Great bass - not too loud, not too soft.
    • High~mid is ok but bass is weak
    • And No hiss when talking like with some of the cheaper sets*The Bass was very good all things considering as well.*Having the option for the 3.5mm jack fixed the blue tooth
    • You really can't go wrong with Sony and their headphones; even their most budget pair has impressive sound and these are phenomenal with deep, rich bass and crystal clear mids and highs
    • Decent bass, balanced mids and highs too, good passive and active noise reduction, light and comfortable
    • Other reviews mention that you can improve bass and treble in the Sony Headphones Connect app, but as of this review (July 2020), the app would not register the 710N version
    • I know they thought about this material though as it creates a great seal over your ears, and this is why the bass is so great in the first place.
    • The bass is nicely balanced and should satisfy listeners of any genre, even bass heavy ones like hip hop and electronic
    • The bass levels and musical clarity both stand out
    • The bass is weak.
    • The only thing I'm not super crazy about is it seems like the bass is a little heavier than it should be, but I'll get used to that
    • The bass was lackluster and the volume even at master I could easily hear myself talk not worth it at all honestly
    • Hopefully Sony eventually adds 710N to the app so I can adjust the EQ to get better bass and treble
    • Especially if you like bass
    • Pros:-Price-sound is good: highs and mids are clear, but not much bass (great for my kind of music: acoustic, smooth/pop jazz, mellow rock)-ANC is quite good at this rice range-pairing is instant/auto as soon as the headset
    • I'm no expert, but my 5 year old Jabra Revos sound better.-Weak bass
    • Clearer high notes and richer bass
    • Good bass.
    • Great bass - not too loud, not too soft.
    • Although understandably not quite as hard hitting as the bass enhanced XB700’s, the bass is actually not bad at all and some may even prefer the slightly toned down bass of these over the XB700’s where the bass hits so hard it sometimes gives me headaches.
    • But these are decent, and the bass in particular is good when listening to louder, heavier musical genres
    • Feels very cheap and not very loud and pretty much no bass
    • Tribit XFree Tune - Not an ANC model and not very good passive noise reduction, decent bass, mids
    • If you like to bump the cuts and like to feel the bass well shoot these are not the choice for you
    • The audio quality is crisp and clear but bass is lacking, partially due to the smallish 30mm drivers
    • This give music a "full" feeling without that very popular bass forward sound that's all the rage right now.
    • Bass is strong and tight, however, overly bassy tracks can make the bass break up a bit and overwhelm.
    • The bass hits as hard as a newborn babe on these Sony's
    • The bass sounds good, the sound quality is great
    • Sound quality is very good, easily consistent with the unit's price point, with a clear crisp high end and well balanced strong bass
    • Tribit XFree Tune - Not an ANC model and not very good passive noise reduction, decent bass, mids
    • There’s no good bass; the vocals sound distant; everything sounds muddy &, if you’re the type to listen to every instrument & enjoy the rasp & vibrato in a singer’s voice for example, these headphones will not give you the satisfaction
    • The highs are not as bright as on the Bose
    • I had some issues with bluetooth connection on my old laptop, but I suspect that it just might be due to a software issue as they work perfectly on my new laptop
    • The sound quality with noise cancelling off is just as good as when it's on, which I like a lot
    • I wanted to like these more as they were light, supported Bluetooth 5.0, and had an incredible battery
