It does a fair job

I had a very inexpensive pair of COWIN headphones that I feel like does a better a better job and those are a quarter of the price

The noise cancelling isn't as much as I thought it would be, but it does a marvelous job, especially while playing music

However, it doesn’t do a good job at blocking background noise while on a call

My other headset from another manufacturer does a much better job at completely cancelling outside noise

Sony did a wonderful job keeping a balance on the 3 parameters
