It's sad that I have to have Amazon facilitate an exchange with Sony to tell them why their product is garbage

The seller obviously sold me a defective product and now will not issue me a refund, which is only fair

But to make up for it, the music sounds slightly better on the Sonys IMO.But as usual with modern Sony products, there are design flaws you would not get with a product made by Apple

I really love this product.

This a excellent product with the same noise cancelling quality that the BOSE QC 35 II, but with a better look and tech.

The product is great, but don’t buy it until Sony fixes the app.

Sony does not view the product design or accessories like the case (which most likely caused the discoloration) as part of the product to acknowledge it as a defect and refuses to replace them

Sony has made a terribly weak product and tried to sell it as an improved model

I am returning the product, however, because it does not support true bluetooth multi-point connectivity

Sony has never been very good about dealing with defective products

The mic in the headphones are so terrible that I thought I got a defective piece and exchanged it for another one and found out that the new product also had the same problem

So the product it's nice, durable, and has a long battery; but the cushions could be a little better.

This is one of the worst designed and most buggy products I've bought in a long time.

Overall, I would highly recommend these headphones as I feel that Sony has put together a great wireless product

I have been noticing alot more vine reviews and they are always high because duh they are receiving a free product this is a shady practice in my opinion

In fact, I wasn't really aware there was a solid competitor, nevertheless a superior product.

WH-1000Xm2 - it is a great product, but for me I'm keeping the Bose and sending back the Sony's.

Overall a very solid product and one of the few real contenders to Bose.

Great product, was better than I expected

Product is good but a little bit uncomfortable on ears for long use

I own and have owned a lot of Sony products but these headphones, while expensive, take an easy first as the best Sony product I have ever owned and used.

I preferred these over the Bose35 series II, but either product is just awesome.

Noise canceling works good but fit very loosely on head, you cannot move abruptly when wearing or they fall off, wish they fit tighter,also sound quality is not so great for a large headset like these, wish they were louder,don’t recommend.
