    • In fact, I prefer the sound of the WI-1000X to the pricier over-ear Sony WH-1000XM2 headphones, which I also own
    • The sound is accurate, and the volume level is reasonable (you shouldn't be cranking earbuds if you want to save your hearing!).
    • I usually listen to Spotify and the sound is fantastic
    • The overall sound is decent, but not great.
    • The sound is very good once you alter it on the Sony app.
    • You can set up Adaptive Sound Control, which adjusts the ANC to different modes, depending on what you are doing
    • the following has changed: The sound, in conjunction with the equalizer in the Sony headphone app, has improved substantially
    • There is a Sony App that you can download to mess with the equalizer and adjust the adaptive sound control and noise cancelling features.

    • The sound is respectable, but they have some UI issues.- Form factor
    • , they have excellent sound and the ANC function is outstanding
    • Superb sound, at high volume which most other wireless headphones lackVery comfortable for hours and hours
    • The intuitive shape/design of the earbud places it in an ideal position that doesn’t move around and provides optimal sound control by creating a seal that doesn’t allow much noise to bleed in.
    • But I wasn't expecting to enjoy the sound and feel so much.
    • The WI1000X/B are well designed, easy to use, and do have excellent sound if you have the equipment that can produce it; LDAC with my mobile phone, which is also a Sony (Xperia XZ), works perfect
    • Pros:- synced audio when in videos-Good sound and signalCons:-You must charge it using a computer and only with the provided cable (no wall adapters worked with
    • At low volume, the sound becomes very distorted and washed out.
    • Sound was often barely audible
    • Battery life is a little short compared to full sized cans but it works well, decent sound and good controls.
    • They paired easily with my device, but the sound was lacking and I was very disappointed
    • They make every step I take sound like a "thump", every snack sounds like marbles crunching in my head
    • There are a bunch of different insert sizes, including some stiffer silicone foam ones that would good for more challenging sound-isolation environments
    • I prefer concert hall as I feel that the sound is most rich
    • The sound itself is great, as good as anything else I've used, comparable to my Sony studio monitor headset
    • The sound is respectable
    • I like these because they are comfortable to wear and the sound is decent
    • This is my first experience with Sony ANC phones, and I anticipated good ANC functionality and a solid sound profile
    • If you are looking out for wireless earbuds with great sound and you have a phone that supports LDAC or AptX HD, you won't go wrong with the WI-1000X.
    • Listening to more vocal-heavy selections such as the Moana soundtrack you'll notice background flourishes and nuances that you've never picked up on, the vocals are pretty incredible and you might as well be sitting in the recording studio with them, Aesop Rock's "the Impossible Kid" sounds full and punchy, you'll truly appreciate the volume of sound and technicality of Coheed and Cambria's "Good
    • You just need to have a snug fit into your ears for good sound seal
    • The sound on the 50 pair was comparable, but not as good
    • My music was much richer and more robust, and my Sony headphones sounded better than any set I've owned
    • Really crisp, clear, distinct and authentic sound - the best in any earbuds I have tried
    • Good design and good sound.
    • On the neck band, you can press a button to switch between noise cancelling, ambient sound or "off" - the last causes a strange roaring sound in addition to ambient sound, so I don't usually use it
