As others have noted, the controls are disappointing.

All controls are easy to get to on the band as well

I returned the first ones I got, I just couldn't believe that Sony would make a product that didn't perform as expected, or have such poor quality control

Battery life is a little short compared to full sized cans but it works well, decent sound and good controls.

The intuitive shape/design of the earbud places it in an ideal position that doesn’t move around and provides optimal sound control by creating a seal that doesn’t allow much noise to bleed in.
