You can also control the volume, skip, and pause/play through that right ear through touch actions (sliding in a certain direction and double tapping)

the only issue i have with the headsets are , since its over the ear your ears get pretty warm.

Sound is great and easy to use and control, ears cushion is comfortable.

The best part is the noise cancelling is so good you will not be able to hear anyone talking to you, so instead of having to take one cup off your ear to hear you just have to touch the right ear cup with at least 2 fingers and the audio will reduce and the headphones will let you hear everything going on.

The sound controls (vol+- and fwd/prev) are done through gestures on the right ear cup and are very intuitive.

you can turn it down (but not sure why you would since these are extra bass headphones).I like the touch controls on the right ear cup, making it easy to control and without having buttons that take away from the sleek look

After wearing for a few hours it does make my ears feel hot and start to sweat

One problem I always had with good headphones similar to these is that I couldn’t lay on my side because it would hurt my ears, however, these are surprisingly comfy even while laying on your sides

every time.-Ear cups fit well around my slightly larger ears and don't cause any discomfort for long periods of wear

My ears get a little sweaty after an hour or so of listening

The earcups are not breathable so your ears get sweaty after 30 minutes

I do like that if I put my hand over the right ear cup, the headphones turn the volume down and turn off noise cancelling, so that I can hear someone talk to me

I really like how you can cover the right ear to turn down the volume and it amplifies the sound around you so you can hear people talking to you

An awesome feature is the "quick attention mode" you just place your hand over the right ear cup to turn the volume down and deactivate noise canceling which is great if you need to talk to someone while listing to your media

This criticism is a little harsh since all over the ear headphones are going to have this problem but nonetheless, it's not pleasant having red hot ears and sweating profusely when you're trying to enjoy music

You can still hear some outside noise while earing these headsets

They replicate music beautifully and don't fatigue your ears

The foam padding on the earphones are comfortable for long use, although the snug fit means your ears will get a little warm after extended use

The one star deduction is for shaky touch volume control on the right ear cup and not the best noise cancelation

Although control is possible for your sound cancellation modes by pressing the little buttons or sliding and tapping the right ear cup, I find that for precise control of the cancellation

The tap functions are intuitive and I absolutely love the hand over the right ear feature that lowers the volume automatically so you can make quick conversations

The only thing (maybe it's just me/my head) is that they got really uncomfortable where they started hurting my ears

The interactability on these is... what you would expect from a pair of headphones, the right ear has a seires of motions you can make to lower and raise the volume, attenuate the volume, pause, play, skip or goback

The controls on the right ear are very convenient

To increase volume, swipe up with one finger on the right ear cup, pause/play, tap it, and if you cover the entire cup with your hand, it will lower the music, and let the mics let the outside noise in so you could talk to someone

These headphones have a nice feature that allows you to hear your surroundings by simply holding your hand over the right ear cup

If you want your ears to vibrate like the Skullcady Crushers, set the equalizer to Exited and set the headphones to Arena mode, then crank up the volume, while nowhere near as much vibration as the skullcandys

Taking these out of the box and seeing the subtle and intricate design, feeling the quality lightweight construction and impossibly soft ear pads reminded me of what Sony is really capable of.

Then when removing the phones, again, significant air pressure outward causing strong ear pressure.

The earphone pads are fairly large (about 4 inches tall and 3 inches wide) so they qualify as “over ear” and they provide excellent sound isolation
