Good features and software integration and noise cancellation is acceptable (not on par with products like the Bose equivalents).

I can't for the life of me figure out why they REMOVED a good software feature, or why they think having to slide your finger around doing gestures is easier than having a physical button to pause.

It was a really good feature to have and I wish Sony would implement that.

I had to give the Bose back to him and thank him for his generous gift but honestly, the Sony has so many better features, same sound but the equalizer adjustments are just so much more flexible.

Incredible noise cancelling feature

I like the ambient sound feature and found something.

I will give a 5/5 for the fact that I can put my hang over one ear and the headphones will play whatever sound is outside through the mic into the speakers... pretty cool feature for when I wanna discreetly hear couples fight at the gym... nice

I wish there was a way to disable this feature

Being able to tap my headphones to pause and play, swipe volume up or down, and swipe to skip back and forth through tracks is the best feature hands down

That was a really convenient feature that I use all the time

An awesome feature is the "quick attention mode" you just place your hand over the right ear cup to turn the volume down and deactivate noise canceling which is great if you need to talk to someone while listing to your media

Another nice feature is that the user can tap and swipe the side of the headphones with your fingers to make changes instantly

The side headphone touch-adjustment is a great feature because it allows easy volume control and play/stop without having to go to computer.

Because I love house music, bass and EXTRA bass are the most important features of a good pair of headphones to me and these exceed my expectations by making it rich and seductive instead of loud and muddy

The tap functions are intuitive and I absolutely love the hand over the right ear feature that lowers the volume automatically so you can make quick conversations

No issues syncing to iPhone X. Prompted to download headphone app which allows further features like turning off Adaptive Sound Control, Virtualphones Technology (VPT) , Equalizer, Change the language of the voice prompts, etc.

They have some nice features, like ambient noise canceling, the ability to receive (but not make) smartphone calls, and the ability to use Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa via the built-in microphones

I like this feature because I want to be aware of my surroundings while in the house

It is noise canceling but also has this awesome feature where if you cover the right ear, you can “turn off” the noise cancellation

Best feature is ability to put palm on one ear and turns down volume immediately to allow her to hear without taking them off.

One very clever feature is Quick Attention which shuts off noise cancellation and lowers music volume when you touch the right headphone, enabling you to easily hear outside sounds (such as someone speaking to you), and then resumes noise cancellation and music volume when you remove your hand
