While the Jeep itself is the limiting factor, the system as a whole does well at filling the space with good sound.

After a call to Crutchfield tech support, they had me perform a factory reset which did restore the sound but erased all my settings

The Sony unit has good sound and the nice simple interface I was looking for but they are very misleading saying they are Car Play compatible when it doesn't work with current models.

This sony has excellent sound, it's easy to use and the screen is sharp and responsive and works more like a smartphone

The Bluetooth works well with my phone for calls and streaming and the sound is just fantastic even with my stoc speakers

On the upside, the sound of the thing is a distinct improvement from the factory unit, with the existing speakers

What really struck me though, was how much better it made my stock speakers sound

At high volume the sound is very clear

I'd gotten used to muddy bass, strident highs, and overall a lackluster sound

I love the aesthetics of this unit and it is easy to use with great sound

Nice head unit...touch screen seems very responsive, carplay works great, sound is good and installation was fairly smooth.
